On this example I used a different type of material to see what the advantages & disadvantages of it were. The fabric I used was Borasalini and it had the same characteristics as silk Viscos in that it was thin and delicate but it wasnt as thick as cotton fabric so I felt I wouldnt be able to use as many techniques and work on it as much. But I did a puff binder screen print on it in Blue b pigment paint and it went sucessful against the black background as the colors contrasted off each other.
